Community Access

SRS is a registered My Aged Care service provider and have a team of trained staff to assist participants in their homes and in the community.

To assist with a simple intake process we ask that clients have a copy of their Aged Care letter, book a time in to meet with our intake manager so we can tailor our services to your specific requirements.
