Out of Home Care & Residential Care
At SRS, our Out-of-Home Care services are focused on delivering
exceptional care to children and young people under 18 with a
diagnosed disability who cannot remain in their home
environment. We work closely with DFFH and NDIS to provide
safe, supportive, and nurturing accommodation that prioritises
their well-being and personal development.
School Holiday Program
Join us for the SRS School Holiday Program, where fun and friendship come together in an inclusive environment! Designed to create lasting memories, our program offers activities tailored to your child’s support needs and interests, all while aligning with their NDIS goals.
Before and After School Club
Welcome to the SRS Before and After School Club, where fun meets learning! Our club, located at 4 Johns Street, is a vibrant and supportive space for NDIS participants under 18.
Social Events
Join the fun with SRS Social Programs, where NDIS participants of all ages are invited to engage in exciting social activities year-round! From Social Bingo and Cooking Club to Friday Night Footy and day trips to local festivals, our programs offer something for everyone.
