Enrolled Nurse - Complex Support Leader (CSL)
The Enrolled Nurse – Complex Support Leader (CSL) plays a pivotal role in the effective and efficient delivery of SRS direct care services where a higher level of medical or clinical knowledge is required. This position is responsible for providing services that are flexible, person-centred, and responsive to the unique needs and goals of both consumers and their carers. The Enrolled Nurse – CSL will lead a team of Active Support Assistants (ASAs) in delivering quality, customer-focused outcomes that support individual aspirations and complex support requirements.
General Maintenance Assistant - Expression of Interest
Expressions of Interest are now open for a reliable and skilled General Maintenance Assistant to join our team. In this role you’ll undertake minor building and carpentry repairs, patch, paint and fix fixtures, repair door hardware and locks, address minor plumbing leaks, complete routine site maintenance and upgrades, identify and fix issues before they become costly repair, follow all OH&S requirements to maintain a safe workplace. Part-time and full-time opportunities available.
Active Support Leader - Expression of Interest
Express your interest to join SRS as an Active Support Leader when a vacancy becomes available. This role oversees the delivery of high-quality, person‑centred support to people with disability across in‑home, community and supported living environments. In this leadership role, you will guide and support a team of Active Support Assistants to deliver safe, responsive and outcome-focused care. You will play a key role in ensuring participants achieve their goals, maintain independence and experience meaningful inclusion in their community.
Active Support Assistant - General
The Active Support Assistant is responsible for the provision of person and family centred supports that empower the elderly and people with disability to achieve their full potential and live the life they choose.
Active Support Cleaner
The purpose of this role is to maintain a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness in participants’ homes while providing meaningful social support through positive conversations, and genuine interest in each participant’s life, hobbies and personal goals, helping to create a safe clean and welcoming living environment.

SRS are always looking to engage new volunteers in the wide range
of programs offered. Days and times are negotiable – any amount
of time given is valuable. Volunteers at SRS can select the days,
times and program area which they would like to participant in.
