Financial Controller
We have an exciting opportunity available to join our Finance Division in a senior leadership role. Join a growing not-for-profit organisation delivering aged care and disability services, partnering with the CFO to lead day-to-day finance operations. This role will oversee reporting, budgeting, cash flow, compliance, audits, and financial systems while driving automation, data insights, and continuous improvement across a complex, multi-service environment. You will also lead a high-performing finance team, support NDIS plan management operations, and contribute to strategic initiatives including growth, new service lines and technology transformation. We’re seeking a commercially-minded, people-focused leader with CA/CPA qualification, a degree in Accounting or Finance, and at least five years’ post-qualification experience across diverse finance environments. Strong analytical skills, systems expertise and experience managing teams, large budgets and organisational change is essential.
Administration Assistant x2
We have two exciting opportunities available to join our team as an Administration Assistant. Supporting our Aged Care and Community Services teams in a central coordination role, you’ll be responsible for managing administrative processes, coordinating service information flow and maintaining compliance and documentation standards. You’ll also coordinate service delivery information between teams, ensure documentation, budgets, quotes and agreements are accurate and completed, and help maintain compliance with NDIS and Aged Care standards. A Certificate IV in Administration Management or equivalent, and prior experience in administration is desirable, but not essential. Applications close 30 June 2026.
Complex Support Leader (CSL)
The Complex Support Leader (CSL) plays a pivotal role in the effective and efficient delivery of SRS direct care services where a higher level of medical or clinical knowledge is required. This position is responsible for providing services that are flexible, person-centred, and responsive to the unique needs and goals of both consumers and their carers. The CSL will lead a team of Active Support Assistants (ASAs) in delivering quality, customer-focused outcomes that support individual aspirations and complex support requirements.
Active Support Assistant - General
The Active Support Assistant is responsible for the provision of person and family centred supports that empower the elderly and people with disability to achieve their full potential and live the life they choose.
General Cleaner
The role of the General Cleaner is to provide cleaning to areas and items that are not possible to do by the direct care staff providing support and training to our participants in their homes. The hygiene and cleanliness of our homes is essential for every ones health and well-being.
Volunteer
Volunteering with SRS is an enriching and rewarding experience.
SRS are always looking to engage new volunteers in the wide range
of programs offered. Days and times are negotiable – any amount
of time given is valuable. Volunteers at SRS can select the days,
times and program area which they would like to participant in.
