Manager – Specialist Disability Supports

The Manager of Specialist Disability Supports is responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality accommodation and specialist support services within SRS. The role provides leadership, supervision and operational direction to Team Leaders, Active Support Leaders and support teams to ensure services are delivered safely, effectively and in alignment with participant goals and funding arrangements.

Compliance & Administration Officer

The Compliance and Administration Officer plays a key role in ensuring that participant-related documentation, service agreements and operational records are accurate, current and aligned across organisational systems. The role supports service quality and compliance by monitoring participant documentation requirements, reconciling records across systems, and proactively advising Team Leaders and Managers of upcoming requirements or gaps. This position assists in ensuring services delivered by SRS align with participant plans, funding allocations and regulatory requirements while supporting staff to maintain accurate records and documentation.

Rostering Coordinator

The Rostering Coordinator is responsible for developing and managing staff rosters across multiple service divisions to ensure participants receive consistent, high-quality support.

Active Support Assistant (Casual)

The Active Support Assistant role is pivotal to the effective and
efficient delivery of SRS’ direct care services, providing a service which
is responsive and adaptable to the needs of the client and their
families whilst supporting them to achieve their goals, aspirations and
lifestyle.

General Cleaner

The role of the general cleaner is to provide cleaning to areas and items that are not possible to do by the direct care staff providing support and training to our participants in their homes. The hygiene and cleanliness of our home is essential for everyones health and wellbeing.

Volunteer

Volunteering with SRS is an enriching and rewarding experience. SRS are always looking to engage new volunteers in the wide range of programs offered. Days and times are negotiable — any amount of time given is valuable. Volunteers at SRS can select the days, times and program area which they would like to participate in.
