Enrolled Nurse - Complex Support Leader (CSL)
The Enrolled Nurse – Complex Support Leader (CSL) plays a pivotal role in the effective and efficient delivery of SRS direct care services where a higher level of medical or clinical knowledge is required. This position is responsible for providing services that are flexible, person-centred, and responsive to the unique needs and goals of both consumers and their carers. The Enrolled Nurse – CSL will lead a team of Active Support Assistants (ASAs) in delivering quality, customer-focused outcomes that support individual aspirations and complex support requirements.
General Maintenance Assistant
Expressions of Interest are now open for a reliable and skilled General Maintenance Assistant to join our team. In this role you’ll undertake minor building and carpentry repairs, patch, paint and fix fixtures, repair door hardware and locks, address minor plumbing leaks, complete routine site maintenance and upgrades, identify and fix issues before they become costly repair, follow all OH&S requirements to maintain a safe workplace. Part-time and full-time opportunities available.
Active Support Leader - Expression of Interest
Express your interest to join SRS as an Active Support Leader when a vacancy becomes available. This role oversees the delivery of high-quality, person‑centred support to people with disability across in‑home, community and supported living environments. In this leadership role, you will guide and support a team of Active Support Assistants to deliver safe, responsive and outcome-focused care. You will play a key role in ensuring participants achieve their goals, maintain independence and experience meaningful inclusion in their community.
Active Support Assistant - General - Expression of Interest
The Active Support Assistant is responsible for the provision of person and family centred supports that empower the elderly and people with disability to achieve their full potential and live the life they choose.
Active Support Cleaner - Expression of Interest
The purpose of this role is to maintain a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness in participants’ homes while providing meaningful social support through positive conversations, and genuine interest in each participant’s life, hobbies and personal goals, helping to create a safe clean and welcoming living environment.
Café Worker - Benetook Farm (Expression of Interest)
Provide excellent customer service at the Benetook Farm History Café while preparing and serving food and beverages, operating café equipment, managing transactions and helping create a welcoming experience for visitors. This casual weekend role also supports farm events and activities.
Gardening & Farm Assistant - Expression of Interest
Maintain the gardens, grounds, and farm facilities at Benetook Farm while supporting farm operations, animal care, maintenance projects and meaningful activities for people with disabilities. This role is well suited to someone who enjoys outdoor work and can work independently.
Junior Farm Hand - Expression of Interest
Support the daily operations of Benetook Farm, including egg collection and packing, animal care, cleaning, farm maintenance and assisting visitors. This is a hands-on outdoor role ideal for someone who enjoys working with animals and being part of a supportive team.

of programs offered. Days and times are negotiable – any amount
of time given is valuable. Volunteers at SRS can select the days,
times and program area which they would like to participant in.
