Training and development is a life long journey at SRS. All employees at SRS complete the Certificate III in Individualised support as a minimum level qualification followed by the Certificate IV in Disability for aspiring coordinators and managers.
In partnership with MADEC the training ensures the staff, known as Active Support Assistants (ASA) have up to date understanding and knowledge of legislation, standards and best practise techniques.
SRS is currently accepting Expressions of Interest from interested persons looking to complete a Certificate IV or III in Disability Work – learning on the job with your training paid by SRS.
There are limited positions to achieve this incredible career opportunity.
Traineeships will be offered to applicants that demonstrate an honest desire to help others and go the extra distance. The successful trainees will have a great sense of humour, be reliable and use their initiative to achieve goals. Trainees must be flexible; paid training shifts can vary and our business runs 24/7.
No prior experience is necessary. Don’t miss this opportunity – make the jump into disability and start your new career!
Please email your completed Expression of Interest form to srs@srsinc.com.au.
